About Fred
Fred Evans, co-founder of RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtors, has been a trusted name in Ventura County real estate since 1985. Before entering real estate, Fred earned a marketing degree from Cal State in 1969 and spent 16 years in retail management with Sears & Roebuck. Turning down a corporate promotion, he chose to follow his passion for real estate. His natural people skills, tireless work ethic, and commitment to excellence quickly elevated him to a leadership position in the field. Seeking even greater opportunities, he joined RE/MAX and set out to build one of the top-performing real estate teams in the world.
